The Release The Rage A6 notepad has been created for those days when you've got pent up rage, anger or aggression. When something has peed you off, you can either hold onto it like a hot coal or you can let it go and get on with your day. 

Our A6 notepad and accompanying poster (included) allows you to write down whatever is annoying you, screw it up and physically throw it at the target. The physical action of throwing it away from you has a very therapeutic feeling which helps you to let go. Hang the poster over your recycling bin, take aim and enjoy letting go of that anger!
