Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Customers may collect orders directly from our warehouse and save on shipping costs. Orders can be picked up during our opening times, shown below. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

OPENING TIMES FOR COLLECTION

Open times for collection may vary and we will advise of any changes following confirmation that your order is ready to be collected. We ask that orders are collected as soon as possible once they are ready for collection. 

Monday - Closed

Tuesday - 12:00 to 14:00

Wednesday - Closed

Thursday - 12:00 to 14:00

Friday - Closed

We are also closed during weekends and holidays.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer fully tracked postal services for complete peace of mind.

For free shipping: We offer free shipping to addresses within England & Wales, for orders over £40. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United States, Australia, Ireland. 

At this time, we regretfully do not ship to countries located within the European Union.
