Calm Strips are a brand new sensory experience to help promote mindfulness and calm your nervous system! Simply choose your design, place it somewhere helpful such as a laptop, phone or water bottle, and any time you feel overwhelmed or stressed, smooth it and enjoy the sensory sensation to ground you in the present moment.
