Calm Strips - Reusable Sensory Stickers to promote Mindfulness

Calm Strips are a brand new sensory experience to help promote mindfulness and calm your nervous system! Simply choose your design, place it somewhere helpful such as a laptop, phone or water bottle, and any time you feel overwhelmed or stressed, smooth it and enjoy the sensory sensation to ground you in the present moment.

You can choose to touch, smooth, trace or scratch the sticker and use it with a grounding/breathing activity!
