- Gift Cards - valid gift cards may need to be re-issued if they are not working at the checkout. Please contact us at sayhello@livespiffy.co.uk including your email address and gift card code and we will assist with this.
- Wishlist functionality - This is currently unavailable. We do not have any method of storing pre-existing wishlists.
- Past Orders - All order history prior to March 2023 has not been transferred across to our new website. If you have previously ordered digital downloads, please contact us if you have any issues accessing these.
