We can all agree that mindfulness is a wonderful technique with many benefits. Whilst most people would immediately think of meditation as a mindful activity, we can tap into mindfulness techniques in a creative way through crafts and hobbies.
By taking part in a creative hobby allows you to enter a state of mindful focus and it can be great for calming anxiety and slowing a pacing mind. You also end up with a fantastic creation at the end of it all!
There are crafts and hobbies to suit every personality. From smaller projects for those who like to get quick results, to simple projects that provide a sense of achievement, and even projects that take months to complete for those who enjoy really in-depth detail.
