Perfect for breaking down those thoughts!

As a sufferer of anxiety the one part of this that drives me insane is overthinking, to the point where I lose track of my thoughts and get lost.
I absolutely love this notepad from Spiffy, it allows me to actually see what I am thinking right in front of me, and work out that it really isn't as bad as what I am thinking. It helps me to process my thoughts so much better and is a tool I fully reccomend to those like me who feel controlled by their overthinking.
It really does help! Totally reccomend.

I overthink so much . This pad helps me to write my feelings then sort them out what can I control how I can control things . If I can’t it’s ok I’m only human and not everything is possible and I am trying to understand I can’t do everything , please everyone or be in control of everything x
