About PATCH

PATCH (Pembrokeshire Action to Combat Hardship) are a charitable organisation aiming to relieve the effects of poverty for individuals and families within the county of Pembrokeshire.

Since June 2008 PATCH has been giving free food parcels, toiletries, cleaning products, clothing and household items to those in a financial crisis in Pembrokeshire. We work closely with referral agencies to help those that are experiencing hardship through perhaps a delay in benefits, fire, theft and escaping emergency situations.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, Monday to Friday.

For Standard Shipping, please order by Thursday 18th December.

For Express Shipping, please order by Friday 19th December.

We will be closed from Friday 19th December to Monday 5th January. Any orders placed during this time will be dispatched when we return. Merry Christmas!

Returns

If you'd like to return your order, please do so within 14 days of receipt and ensure all items are in resale condition. Please reuse the packaging your order arrived in to ensure it's safety and use a fully tracked service.
