This 100% natural, handmade muscle and joint oil by Bathing Beauty will sooth sore and painful joints, and stiff, aching muscles. The safe and gentle therapeutic massage oil has been developed by osteopaths and is made from wild harvested hypericum, macerated in sunflower oil for one month, with lavender and roman chamomile essential oils. .

Apply twice a day to troublesome joints or muscles. Ideal for a post exercise muscle rub.

How to use

One pump is plenty for a shoulder, or knee. Use less for smaller areas.

Warm oil in your hands before massaging into to the affected area twice daily.

My top favourite product of all time!

As somebody who regularly suffers with neck/back/leg/hip pain, this is an absolute life-saver for me. I can always feel an immediate difference as soon as it is applied. It's the only thing that keeps me up and walking some days! I hate that wet, sticky feeling when you put your clothes over an ointment, so I love that this massages in really well and doesn't leave that film.
