Helping children understand and explore their emotions is a great way of building their resilience and nurturing their emotional wellbeing, and we think our notepad is a great way to help! 

We designed this A5 notepads to help children communicate and understand their feelings. On the left, there's tick boxes covering a wide range of feelings and emotions, and on the right there's space for them to explore the reason behind their feelings. 

This A5 notepad comes with 100 colourful illustrated pages, a board back and a protective cover. 

How to use

Ask your child to identify how they're feeling using the emojis on the left, and explain why they're feeling like this on the right. This is to help them understanding their feelings and make sense of them.
