Following on from the wonderfully popular Mood Scale Tracker Enamel Pin comes this fab new notepad from Angela Chick!

We rarely take the time to get to know our moods, and what brings them on. This notepad brings a little burst of positivity and encourages you to do something nice to treat yourself, especially on the days you don't feel great.

Tick the appropriate box in the scale depending on your current mood and write down why you feel that way. Ideal for checking in on how children are feeling and also for monitoring your own moods. Featuring 100 tear off, printed sheets to fill in with your mood and comments.

A6 size, 100 pages, fully illustrated notepad. Each notepad comes wrapped with a belly band to keep the pages together in transit.
