This pad was designed when illustrator Katie Abey and her husband were feeling more than a little bit frazzled with a mountain of things to do. They found that scheduling in mental health things like chilling on the sofa with a film or going out for food or for a walk really helped us to recharge. And to value mental health and prioritise it over everything else!

The pad measures A5 size (148mm x 210mm) and has a cardboard back
Each page easily tears away when you come to battle a new week
There are 50 tear away pages per pad

How to use

Use this planner to manage your day and prioritise self-care equally alongside your other daily To Do's. Stop all the noisy thoughts cluttering your head and get them onto paper to help you plan and organise your life.

List the date, your most important task for the day, something else which is less important but needs to be done, and then of course, add something that helps you look after your mental health.
