You have 14 working days from the day after you received your parcel to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel, you must tell us in writing. You can do this by email within the 14 day cancellation period. We will accept notice on the date your email was sent.
During this 14 day cancellation period you have a duty to ensure that we receive the goods and that no damage is incurred while they’re sent back to us. All customers have 28 days to return the items to us from the date your order was placed. We recommend that you return your items using a tracked postal service as goods will remain in your property until received by us - if your items go missing in the post whilst being returned to us you will not be able to obtain a refund so this should help us to keep track of your items being returned and give you piece of mind also.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products:
If the products you have been sent are received faulty or damaged, please let us know at email@example.com. We will ask you to send us pictures to show any damage. This helps us to reclaim our shipping costs if the products have been damaged during transit, and to pass on any potential quality control issues to our suppliers. Where we require you to return the item, we will send you a free returns label.
In the rare occasion that you receive the wrong item from us, please email us and let us know. We will send you a free returns label to return the product and will dispatch the correct item to you.
If fragile products ( for example ceramics or glass) have arrived damaged without hope of repair, please email us and let us know. We value the environment too much to ask you to send it back, so if you just send us a photo we will refund you, no problem.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after it has been dispatched by us and received by you, please let us know within 14 days of your order being received. In this situation you will be responsible for covering payment of postage to return the goods to us. Once we receive your items we will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products providing they reach us in their original condition within the timescales given. No shipping costs will be refunded to you as the agreement with the shipping provider has been fulfilled and cannot be reclaimed.
How to return or exchange:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your cancellation request within 14 days of your order being received by you . Then pop the items in the post and send them to our return address, below. Depending on the reason for the return, we may send you a free returns label to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
