Say goodbye to worries and

hello to positivity!

If your child has the tendency to get anxious and worry, you'll know how debilitating it can be.

Anxiety stops children from socialising, from trying new things and leaves them feeling isolated and nervous. Over time, this knocks their confidence, affects their self-esteem and stops them from getting the most out of their childhood. But with the right support, this doesn't have to be the case.

We designed our No Worries kit to help children understand and tackle any stressful and upsetting feelings they might have. Everything has been chosen to help children understand what's happening for them, ease their everyday worries and give them a boost to their confidence and positivity.

In your no worries Kit, you'll find...

The Little Book of Mindfulness

No Worries! Mindful Kids: An activity book for young people who sometimes feel anxious or stressed by Dr. Sharie Coombes

No Worries! is an interactive self-care activity book for children to colour and doodle their way to happiness, calm and confidence. The book is full of encouraging and simple activities to tackle anxiety, sadness and stress. Using their creativity to combat negative feelings, No Worries will help them to work out why they feel worried, and how to take control of their stress through writing, colouring, doodling and drawing. Features illustrations by Katie Abey.

Calm Mohdoh

'Reasons I Smashed It Today' Gratitude Notepad by Spiffy

Anxiety can fill a child's mind with self doubt and knock their confidence. Our 'Reasons I Smashed It Today' Notepad is a fun and affirming way to end the day! Every night at bed time, ask your child to fill in a sheet on the pad, so they focus on the positives in their day, and what they achieved, no matter how small. Over time, this builds a solid foundation of self-esteem which helps to reduce the hold anxiety and negative feelings can have on you.

Spacemask Self-Warming Eye Mask

Little Worry Monster with Bag Clip

Little Worry Monsters are colourful and quirky characters who love to eat your child's worries! Ask your little one to write or draw whatever's worrying them on a little piece of paper, unzip the monster's mouth, and pop it in. Overnight, when your child is asleep, the worry monster will eat away their worry (with a little help from Mum or Dad, when you take it out to see what's worrying them). Then when your child wakes up, they don't have to worry anymore! The Worry Monsters feature a bag clip so they can take it to school, or on their travels, so they can feed it their worries whenever and wherever! Please note: the design of the worry monster may vary from that of the one pictured.

Lavender and Patchouli Bath Melt

Unwind Mohdoh - Mouldable Aromatherapy Dough

When your child is in the grip of an anxious moment, Mohdoh is a great stress and anxiety reliever to distract them. The mouldable dough is like a dense, more pliable Play-Doh, infused with a special blend of essential oils. As your child mould's the purple dough in their hands, the squidgy, tactile nature of the dough has a soothing, calming effect. While they do this, a unique blend of lavender, juniper, geranium and rosewood essential oils vaporise. As they inhale them, they will help you to calm any anxieties they may be feeling.

The no worries kit will help your child to...

Understand and ease their worries

As children grow up, they can worry about anything and everything from school, to friends and family, or just life in general! These worries can overwhelm and upset a little mind easily, so our kit gives them the opportunity to learn about their worries, understand them and manage what they're feeling so they can be happier and less anxious.

Feel more confident

When kids are worried and anxious, it can knock their confidence, which stops them being doing the things they love. Our kit encourages children to reflect on what's happening and helps them to focus on their achievements and strengths so they build their self esteem and don't let their worries hold them back!

Think
positively

It's so easy to let worries put you in a bad mood and ruin your day so our kit encourages your child to adopt a positive mindset and think about all the good things in their life! We've included fun affirmations and positive reminders to put a smile on their face and perk up their day!

Some kind words from our lovely customers...

"I love this kit! My daughter's a real worrier but it's so nice to see her using her activity book and getting to grips with what's going on for her."

Jane, Mum of three

"I wish I'd had this when I was a child. I was always really anxious but nobody really talked about that when I was younger. My son is also really anxious so I love that I can help him make sense of what's worrying him so he's not suffering in silence."

Mary, Mum of two

"As a teacher, I see kids every day struggle with their anxieties so this kit is a great idea to help normalise anxiety and help them get back to being kids"

Antony, Teacher
