Testimonials

Here's just some of the positive feedback we've had from our workshop attendees:

Speech Marks

With massive changes occurring in my life at the moment, it was great to step out and enjoy some 'me' time. The workshops gave me some real insight and each participant seemed to find their own 'light bulb' moment. The courses have helped me to become more present in my every day life and have opened up possibilities for me to make exciting new changes in the future. I enjoyed meeting new people and being allowed to be open with them. I particularly liked Lesley, the trainer. The content was delivered very professionally as well as casually. The information was just the right amount, not going into anything too heavy.

Speech Marks

Fascinating - very relaxed workshop with useful techniques for my confidence!

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are the workshops for?

Anybody and everybody! They're especially useful for people who are struggling to find the balance in their life and want to take some control. If you'd like to be more confident, resilient and purposeful, there's definitely something for you.

How long does each workshop last?

Each of our workshops is 90 minutes long though you are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to enjoy some refreshments and get to know your fellow course participants.

How many people do you have in a workshop?

We want you to get the most out of your workshop and we find smaller groups work best for people. The maximum there will be on any workshop is 15 and we only room venues that are large enough to accommodate the group so you don't feel crammed in.

How are the workshops structured?

Our workshops are designed to allow you to feel comfortable and safe. We will never ask you to do something or share something that you don't feel you want to.

Our workshops are an interactive group session and you will sometimes work with the person next to you to share your thoughts. You are encouraged to participate as much as you feel comfortable. Each session will include practical activities to help you to embed the skills you will learn into your daily life.

Do I need to have previous training or qualifications to attend a workshop?

No. You don't need to have any previous knowledge or skills to attend our workshops. The workshops aren't a programme so you can attend whichever ones interest you.

Do you have any workshops nearer to me?

We are continuously looking for new locations where we could host our workshops. Details of new locations will be posted on our website as soon as they are available. If you are interested in having our workshops hosted in your area, send us a message and we will see what we can do!
