What previous attendees have said...
"With massive changes occurring in my life at the moment, it was great to step out and enjoy some 'me' time. The workshops gave me some real insight and each participant seemed to find their own 'light bulb' moment. The courses have helped me to become more present in my every day life and have opened up possibilities for me to make exciting new changes in the future."
"The workshop was very friendly and relaxed. It made me consider how I react to things and whether this was how I want to react to things. The workshop made me 'kinder' to myself and made me consider my own wellbeing."
"Lesley has a lovely relaxed and engaging style. But you're encouraged to think, express yourself, compare feelings and most importantly make a decision to take some action. As a result I'm starting my day doing something I love rather than something dutiful (no chocolate or gin involved, promise!) and am going for a walk at 4pm rather than snaffling three welshcakes. These workshops give you a terrific opportunity to take a bit of time out, and review how you operate best every day."
