Meet Your Trainer

Lesley Jones from How You Think Coaching and Training will be delivering the workshop. Lesley brings with her 25 years experience in developing people, and is a qualified coach, NLP practitioner and trainer. Her fun and friendly style make each workshop engaging and insightful and she will help you to find solutions that work for you, so you can make the positive changes you want. 

I 'dealt' with stress for years, treating the symptoms and not the cause until I realised that if I changed my mindset around stress I could use it as a catalyst to improve my life and performance. This course is full of tools and techniques that I use to manage my stress and you can too.

Who is the workshop for?

Anybody and everybody! If you're struggling with stress and want to learn strategies that'll help you manage it, you'll definitely something for you. 

How many people will be on the workshop?

We want you to get the most out of your workshop and we find smaller groups work best for people. The maximum there will be on any workshop is 20 and the room is large enough to accommodate everybody, so you won't feel crammed in. 

How is the workshop structured?

Our workshops are designed to allow you to feel comfortable and safe. We will never ask you to do something or share something that you don't feel you want to.Our workshops are an interactive group session and you will sometimes work with the person next to you to share your thoughts. You are encouraged to participate as much as you feel comfortable. The session will include practical activities to help you to embed the skills you will learn into your daily life.

Do I need to have previous training or qualifications to attend a workshop?

No. You don't need to have any previous knowledge or skills to attend our workshops, they're open to everybody. 

Do you have any workshops nearer to me?

The following are terms and conditions for all our events and workshops. Please familiarise yourself with them before making a booking. 


Ticket: Your order confirmation will act as your ticket. Please bring a printed copy or make it available on your smartphone/tablet when you arrive. 


Cancellations: Cancellations will be possible until seven days before the event, subject to a 10% processing fee. Any cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable but, as unforeseen circumstances do occur, you can pass your ticket onto a friend at no additional cost if you are unable to attend. Please contact us if you need to cancel your place.If we need to change or cancel one of our workshops, we will contact you prior to the event to re-arrange an alternative date. Where this is not possible, we will issue you a refund.
