Our store is fully accessible for wheelchairs, prams and buggies with no troublesome steps to worry about! We take care to ensure that floor space is easy to navigate around to make your experience as simple as possible.

Click and Collect Service

Click & Collect is our free-to-use delivery service that allows you to shop online and collect in-store! You can select click-and-collect during the checkout process. Orders must be paid for in full before they will be processed. We hold items for 7 working days from when your order was received and orders are usually ready within the hour, so you can shop with confidence and collect at a time that suits you!

Cancellations and no pick-up:

There is a processing fee of 20% for click & collect orders that are cancelled or not collected. This goes towards our fees for initiating refunds and getting products back on the system and ready for re-sale. In these circumstances, a refund will be issued to you less the processing fee. Please allow 3-7 working days for payment of any refunds to be completed. After this time, please contact us if you have not yet received your money back from us!

Delivery Information

Standard orders will be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery times usually take between 2-3 working days. Where we feel it is more economical to send your order with a different delivery company (for example, heavy or large parcels), we will contact you prior to delivery with details

Delivery is free for orders over £50.00. For orders under this amount, the shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process

To keep up to date with our latest product launches, news, inspirational blog posts and much more, sign up to our newsletter using the link in the footer at the bottom of the page. We hate spam and we’re sure you do too so we promise to never share your details with anybody else and will only send you newsletters that we feel are relevant and informative. If you have previously subscribed and no longer wish to stay subscribed to our newsletter - we are very sorry to see you go and would love to know what made you feel that way! Please send us a message and we will help you to un-subscribe.

Gift Cards 

We sell beautifully designed gift cards that you can pre-load with an amount of your choosing in our store. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer gift cards for sale online. However, gift cards can be redeemed both online and in-store!

Gift cards have an expiry date of 6 months from the date of activation. Balances remaining on gift cards following their expiry date cannot be recovered. We cannot top-up gift cards with further amounts, however unspent amounts will remain on the a gift card unless used to purchase items or the expiry date is reached.

Product Recall

We will endeavour to contact you, if you have provided your information to us, of any product recalls for products that have been sold to you within the last six months. In addition, we always display any product recall information in our stores and on our website. Your safety and well-being is our absolute priority so you can trust us to keep you informed!

Returns Policy

As part of our mission to live spiffy, we’re happy to extend to you our no quibble guarantee on all orders from our site!

You have 14 working days from the day after you received your parcel to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel, you must tell us in writing. You can do this by email within the 14 day cancellation period. We will accept notice on the date your email was sent.

During this 14 day cancellation period you have a duty to ensure that we receive the goods and that no damage is incurred while they’re sent back to us. All customers have 28 days to return the items to us from the date your order was placed. We recommend that you return your items using a tracked postal service as goods will remain in your property until received by us - if your items go missing in the post you may not be able to obtain a refund so this should help us to keep track of your items being returned.

Once we receive your items we will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products providing they reach us in their original condition within 14 days. If the products are faulty or damaged we will also refund their original delivery charge, however, you are responsible for the cost of their return.

If fragile products ( for example ceramics or glass) have arrived damaged without hope of repair, please email us or drop us a line. We value the environment too much to ask you to send it back, so if you just send us a photo we will refund you, no problem.

Where is my order?

We will always get your delivery processed and shipped as soon as we possibly can. However, once it is dropped off at the courier we are at their mercy. Please allow up to 5-7 working days from the order date before chasing your parcel. If that time has already passed and you have still not received your parcel - don’t be sad! Get in touch and we will try our best to find out what has happened to your package​​​
