Pocketful of Pick-Me-Up Cards

I love this wee pack of boosts, less fattening than the chocolate. At the end of a staff support group meeting I ask them to cut the deck and read what is said.
Every time it seems to be just the right card for that person. I would urge anyone involved in supporting staff to get a pack, especially NHS Spiritual Care Staff

I pick one of these cards every day by shuffling the deck and asking for something I need to know that day. One usually presents itself by falling out whilst shuffling and I apply it to my day. Absolutely love them. They are bright, happy little cards. So positive and great for self care. Use them yourself, or they would make a lovely gift too 🙏🏻💗
