Lovely journal

Bought this last year and nearly finished it . I love this mood tracker. Its good to tracks your day , month , food, exercise, sleep and gives you tips . Definitely recommend this book if you have low mood .

Just got this last week . Puts things into perspective . Colouring in the trackers allow time to unwind and review my day . It’s early days but so far I’m loving it I’m sure I will gain a lot from it xx

Amazing 🤩 and really helps

I personally love this product. Everyday I honestly look forward to when I write in it at the end of the day , it helps you monitor your sleep patterns, your eating habits and of course your mood it also has really cute illustrations and is really fun to use. So I definitely recommend buying it and have given it 5 stars and 5 stars for spiffy too because they are also amazing. Hope this helps 🙂

Amazing book

Bought this as I was curious to know if my mood has a pattern, whilst it can be easy to put you've had an ok day when really it's been horrific, if you are honest with it can be a handy tool! There are also other mood tracks you can do, not a fan of the water tracker as I personally don't measure out 400mls to know I've had enough. Love the sleep tracker and seeing how many hours I get a night! Some fun activities to do such as creating a summer playing for the upcoming months. Definitely recommend!

Great but.......

Great little book, I love filling it in each day and it has really made me take stock of how I actually feel and the ups and downs I have over a month. The only downside is that the pages are beginning to fall out, this could be over use as I use it every day or it could just be that it missed the gluing section in production :o)!! Either way it's a fab book which I highly recommend.
